Parent Support Groups

Parent Training

East Bay ABA is commited to providing parents and caregivers with the tools necessary to promote independence and growth long after we are no longer providing services. As part of our services, we work with parents, siblings, and other family members to educate and demonstrate effective behavior change strategies. Parents/caregivers are expected and encouraged to participate in sessions, collect data, develop behavior plans, identify possible functions of undesirable behavior, and create functionally appropriate replacement behaviors.

Parents are provided with a set of online training modules that they complete on their own, as well as individual training sessions with their clinical director. East Bay ABA is also proud to offer group parent training and support groups. Be sure to speak with a staff member to take part in a training near you.
